First Demonic Dragon

Chapter 549 Making Plans & Acquaintances

As they had been doing for the past month or so, Kanami and Malenia went to peer into their parents room first thing in the morning.

The results were as expected.

The three of them were still glued together, all looking mortifyingly depressed and having a hard time getting out of bed.

“Pa, mamas… this has gone on too long.” Malenia said sadly.

“She’s right, you can’t be depressed over this forever. Abaddon is still alive and healthy, he’s just back to normal now.” Kanami agreed.

*Collective depressed groans.*

None of the three dragons bothered to rise from under the covers as they despaired.

Yara: “I just wanted a chance to spend more time with him as a family…”

Imani: “We were supposed to go to a ‘Mommy & Me’ class…”

Asmodeus: “I was going to teach him to play catch and take him to his first titty bar…”

Yara and Imani elbowed their husband hard under the covers.

Finally, Kanami pulled back the covers on her parents and forced them to sit up.

“Come on guys, I know that you miss baby Abaddon, but look at the bright side. As many enemies as he has, I’m sure that somebody will kill him at some point and he’ll go back to being a baby again for another ten days!” Kanami smiled.

“…”

“…”

“…You think so…?” Yara asked hopefully.

Kanami said it as a joke, but seeing the hope in her parents’ eyes she decided this was her best chance to get them out of bed and into a bath.

“I know so, ma. He’s always been too pretty for his own good.”

Lo and behold, Abaddon’s parents who fervently prayed for his wellbeing all started to hope that he would make a eenie meanie slip-up in battle.

“Is he still with the girls?” Yara asked as she wiped the crust out of her eyes.

“Not for long.” Kanami replied as she stood up.

“Uh… daughter?”

“It’s been too long! It would be fine if we had nothing coming up, but the exams are in two damn days and he has yet to tell me the venue, the examination criteria, or the method of testing!”

“S-Send him a text or something, don’t go in there while they are-“

“Be honest, how many times have we all caught him in the middle of a quickie with the girls? We’ve all seen everything by now!”

“”…Fair enough.””

‘I haven’t seen anything though..?’ Asmodeus wondered.

Now that her parents were getting up and feeling better, Kanami turned around and left their bedroom; while making a beeline for Abaddon’s marital bed.

Kanami approached the dreaded double doors to Abaddon’s bedroom and stopped just shy of entering.

From her back pocket, she pulled out a pair of black gloves and a surgical mask.

‘Alright… let’s do this!’

*Bang!*

As soon as she kicked open the door, a wave of heat passed over her body.

It was a good thing that she had chosen to put on the mask, otherwise the smell of sweat and bodily fluids would have made her fall onto her butt.

Although it did make her eyes water.

Once her vision cleared up, she found a sight that she wished she could say wasn’t familiar.

Her brother was lying in bed with his eyes closed.

His chest was unmoving, but he was clearly alive.

Ayaana was laying by his side, her arms and legs spread out in exhaustion as she breathed heavily.

Kanami didn’t know what the hell she was looking at.

A rosy pink and gold mist was wafting off their skin, and it looked like the girls were in the midst of an indescribable afterglow.

But they also looked like they had been through hell.

Ayana’s body was covered in rope marks, bite marks, candle wax, and bruises, and a bit of chocolate sauce.

Not to mention there was enough liquid spilling out of her to repopulate the dodo birds.

Kanami, who was still hanging onto her virginity, felt like a bit of her innocence had been eroded away.

Abaddon sat up and rubbed his eyes sleepily to see who had just barged into his room.

Once he saw it was his sister, all three of his eyes widened as he pulled the blanket over himself and his wife.

“What the hell!?”

“Don’t bother, I was just bathing you a month ago, it barely phases me anymore.”

“What are you even doing in here?!”

“Trying to get your damn attention. The exams are coming up in a few days and we haven’t discussed any details at all!”

“Right, right… I thought I had more time.”

“You did, but you spent it all plowing.”

Abaddon didn’t seem to take any issue with this as he saw Ayaana still breathing heavily out of the corner of his eye.

Since they were currently lying on their stomach, her large butt was in the air for him to see and appreciate.

“Can you blame me?” Abaddon leaned his body weight on top of his wives and nibbled on their ear as he grabbed their behind roughly. “There is no better way to spend my existence than inside of them.”

Kanami plugged her ears and looked away so that she wouldn’t hear her sister-in-law whimper drunkenly as she soaked the sheets even further.

“Blegh!”

“You came into OUR bedroom!”

“I wouldn’t have to if you could pull your mouth off her privates long enough to answer a simple text message!”

“In my defense, you know I like sweet things.”

“Stop rubbing your sexual chemistry in the face of single people and just tell me what we’re doing for the exams?!

I’ve got all of the legion representatives breathing down my neck waiting to hear your decision!”

Abaddon sat up and covered up Ayaana before pulling her into his lap.

As he held her, he quietly mulled over the upcoming examination and exactly what he felt the criteria should be.

The Euphrates were the single greatest fighting force under his command, and it wasn’t even close.

They are the shapers of his ideals, and the instruments of his wrath.

More than anyone else, they had standards to uphold, and strict ones at that.

They had to be the very best of the best.

And after recently losing some members of his personal army, he was going to make certain that these new applicants were the most insurmountable of all.

Neither he nor Kanami could bear the weight of more losses.

“So? What’ll the theme be?” She asked.

Truthfully, Abaddon had known the answer for quite a long time already.

“Survival.”

In Tehom, there is a temple that is entirely different from the one where Abaddon and his family are worshipped.

The Greek temple is exactly as one would have expected it to be, clean cut marble flooring, peaceful atmosphe- “I will smash your head open you Greek bitch!”

Sif threw an entire wooden cupboard at the back of Demeter’s head.

The goddess, who was preoccupied drinking tea and trying to recover from her shameful reveal of herself a month ago, was basically used to this by now and deflected it without turning her head.

“Honestly… aren’t you tired of this by now?”

“How much longer are you intending to keep me here?! I refuse to live like a caged rat!”

“I can tell, since rats are usually quiet.”

“You bitch!”

“Yes, yes. Can you find something to do that doesn’t irk me? Go to a concert, get a nice dinner, or maybe a manwhore for the night, just shut the fuck up for once.”

Sif’s face went red with anger.

“Do you think I brought my purse with me when I was kidnapped?! I have no money, nor do I know where I am going!”

“You don’t need money here.”

“What?! If you’re implying that I will give my body to these BEASTS in exchange for-“

“Don’t be bigoted, I can’t imagine it going over well here.” She warned sternly. “And I said you don’t need money because Abaddon got rid of it.”

“…What does that mean?”

“It means that their society functions beyond the concept of individual wealth.

They all thrive on a merit based system in front of a monetary one, but there is nothing physical that one dragon can have that another cannot.

So as I said, you don’t need money. And if you need a guide, Papa Legba will show you around.”

The loa who was sitting across from Demeter suddenly put down his teacup. “Don’t volunteer me for this. Call Ryujin and make him do it.”

“He’s probably busy chasing ass again.” Demeter waived her hand.

The second wooden case that Sif had thrown at her went flying across the room instead of at her head.

“By the maker, would you fucking stop-“

Suddenly, Demeter heard a very familiar pair of wings flapping from outside and her heart spread up and her cheeks went red.

“Oh? Guess the second honeymoon is over.” The loa smiled.

“I-I suddenly need some air…” Demeter stood up.

“Running from him won’t do you any good. He’ll come to find you and talk sooner rather than later.”

Even if Demeter knew that, she didn’t like to hear it.

But still, she sat down and hid her face behind her curtain of black hair.

Seeing the way the two of them were behaving, Sif assumed that whoever was coming had to be the man in charge.

And she was unsure of exactly how to feel.

Fearful? Angry? Curious?

As of right now, it was a healthy mix of all three.

Suddenly, a large beast like nothing that Sif had ever seen came flying through the tall arch of the temple.

The beast’s hooves landed on the floor just shy of the wood table, and she could see a man sitting atop it’s back.

He was incomparably handsome.

Long red hair, moving black tattoos, and a pair of ever- changing reptilian eyes.

He wore a simple black shirt that exposed his muscular arms and matching dougi pants tied with a belt woven with red and gold thread.

His feet were bare, and he sat on the beast with his legs crossed and a cup of coffee in one hand.

Even with him sitting a few feet away, one could smell the scent of a woman all over him.

“…Is there a reason why you look like that again?” Demeter asked without looking at him.

The red haired man scratched his cheek and smiled wryly. “I thought that this would be less stimulating.”

“…You don’t need to hide yourself from me. You more than anyone else deserve to live in your own skin without worrying about how I, or anyone else will react.”

“…Very well.” He smiled.

At that moment, Sif’s face became just as red as Demeter’s.

And surprisingly, she began to hate this man even more, as she felt like he was manipulating her.

Abaddon sensed the anger flowing off of the blonde Sif, and all three of his eyes narrowed.

“Now… you have quite the nerve.”

Sif squirmed uncontrollably underneath his voice, but she retained her defiant look.

Something that only annoyed Abaddon further.

“Of the two of us, I think I’m the only one who has the right to be upset about someone’s presence, so perhaps it’s best you fix your gaze before I get upset.”
